Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We use trusted carriers including UPS and FedEx to deliver your order. At checkout, you'll see available shipping options based on your location, with estimated delivery times and costs.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier capacity, and external factors like weather or holidays. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Our system automatically selects the best carrier option to balance cost and delivery speed for your order.

Tracking Your Order

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Please save all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged, as they may be needed for carrier claims.
